Innovation & AI Development Intern

AI SDR Automation: Built an AI-driven Sales Development Representative that handles initial client outreach, qualifies leads autonomously, and feeds only high-intent prospects to the human sales team — increasing conversion rates and freeing SDR capacity for higher-value interactions. Cross-Department RPA: Responsible for identifying and automating repetitive workflows across multiple business units using n8n, Python, and REST API integrations.

Operations & Projects Intern

Managed the full event pipeline: venue, sponsorship coordination (including Grupo Alltech), participant onboarding, and technical mentorship on AI model training. Organised the Brazil edition of the global LeRobot hackathon.

Innovation Mapping & Community Intern

Managed three simultaneous innovation projects with a team of only three people, including programmes to foster entrepreneurship and connect emerging founders with senior mentors. Represented the institute at the largest national innovation events, building an understanding of where Brazil’s deep-tech frontier was moving.
